Creemos que a Slimane también le gusta jugar porque su colección para Saint Laurent nos ha traído al presente las "rock, hippie chicks" de los setenta.
La colección no solo es una reinterpretación magistral del legado de Yves Saint Laurent respetando su más pura esencia, también es una evolución en si misma. Es decir, comienza con una mayor sobriedad, tanto en materiales como en forma, y va evolucionando hacia el color y el volumen con formas más vaporosas, quizá en un pequeño homenaje al amor de Yves por marruecos y la gran influencia que dicha ciudad tuvo en el creador.

This collection is not just a brilliant reinterpretation of Yves Saint Laurent respecting the maison essence, but it´s also an evolution itself. We mean, it begins very sober in forms as well as materials and evolves to color and light fabrics, may be in an attemp to do a little homage to Yves´ love for Morroco and the great influence that city had on him
La silueta: estilizada. Otra concesión indiscutible a la estética de Yves y sus característicos maniquís larguiruchos y lánguidos pero a la vez fuertes, arrolladores y ultra femeninos. Ese efecto se consigue no solo porque las modelos midan casi 2 metros, sino alargando las prendas hasta los pies o los tobillos. Esta silueta se contrasta y compensa con volúmenes en la parte superior: mangas, cuellos, camisas con gorgueras y lazos XL.
Silhouette: ultra slim. Another concesion to Yves and his well known mannequins, very long and languid but at the same time very strong, overpowering and ultra femenin. That´s not only because models height is about 2 meters, but because fabrics go all the way to the feet or ankles.
